Privacy policy
We ask for the information an enquiry needs, use it for that enquiry, and delete it when its purpose is served.
This policy covers the website ssq.ai in its three languages. The personal information it handles arrives in one way: an email you send us.

Who this applies to
SAFE SQUARE PTE. LTD. is responsible for the personal information this website receives.
It applies to visitors of ssq.ai, including its Korean and Japanese pages, and to anyone who writes to the address shown on the site. Information handled during a security engagement follows the agreement made before that engagement starts, which sets its own rules for what is collected, where it is kept and when it is destroyed.
What we receive
The site has no forms and no accounts. Three things reach us.
- An email enquiry
When you write to contact@ssq.ai we receive what you choose to send: typically your name, organisation, email address and the situation you describe. We ask only for what the enquiry needs, and we tell you a separate channel for anything sensitive before you send it.
- Visit statistics
Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without tracking you across sites. We see aggregated figures such as page views, countries and browsers, not individual visitors.
- Your browser's own storage
The site keeps the language you picked, and whether the opening animation has already played, in your own browser's storage. These stay on your device, identify no one, and go when you clear your browser data.
How we use and keep it
- Purpose
To answer your enquiry, to prepare a consultation or proposal you asked for, and to keep the thread of that conversation. Visit statistics help us see which pages are read and improve the site.
- How long
An enquiry is kept while it is being handled and for as long as the conversation it started continues. When it leads to an engagement, the agreement for that engagement sets the period. When its purpose is served, we delete it without delay.
- Who sees it
Your enquiry is read by the SAFE SQUARE people who answer it. It passes through the servers of our email provider, as any email does. We hand it to a third party only where the law requires it.
- Where it is handled
SAFE SQUARE is a Singapore company with offices in Korea and Japan. An enquiry is handled by the office that answers it, in Singapore, Korea or Japan, under this policy and the law that applies there.
- How it is protected
Enquiries live in work accounts and are reached only by the people who answer them. Passwords, access keys, customer lists and vulnerability details belong in the separate channel we name in our reply; how to write a first message says what to leave out of the first email.
Your rights and how to reach us
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted.
Write to the address below from the address you used, or tell us how to confirm it is you, and we answer within the period the applicable law allows. Where a law gives you further rights, such as objecting to a use or lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority, those rights apply as well.
